Faith Mbabazi currently serves as Director of Sales for Cummins Engine Components, responsible for the Americas region since July 2022. In this role, she leads a sales team responsible for the Turbochargers, Fuel Systems, Valvetrain and Electronics.
Prior to that, she spent 11 years in the Africa Middle East region in a variety of roles most recently as Business Improvement Leader for the Distribution business, where she led transformation initiatives to drive business profitability. Prior to that, she spent 4 years as Market Strategy & Planning Leader for the Power Generation Business Unit.
Faith joined Cummins 2012 as Corporate Responsibility Manager, successfully developing a Corporate Responsibility Strategy focused on secondary school education, empowering girls and environmental protection.
Faith has vast international experience. Prior to Cummins, she spent 8 years working in the United States of America. Faith started her career as a Private Equity Financial Analyst in Pittsburgh and later moved to a career in Sales and Marketing in New York. Faith is passionate about the role of girls and women and has led initiatives at every stage of her career to advance women. At Cummins, she was the co-leader of the Women’s Resource Group of the Johannesburg office and continues to champion equity for women in the workplace and communities.
Her personal interests include Rotary International which she joined as a high school student in Uganda. She continued this work by founding the Rotaract Club of La Roche College in Pittsburgh. Faith was a member of the Rotary Club of Morningside in South Africa since her relocation to South Africa.
