Secured a $1.7 million grant from D.O.E. in 2014 to launch broadcast/production training program Founded FrontRunner Media Productions as an educational enterprise (This would evolve into FrontRunner Media NG, a full service media communications company) Co-Founded The Next Generation Initiative which trains young people for careers in media communications Developed and launched The MIC Network to cover sports in the Metropolitan Interscholastic Conference and train young people.
(This would evolve into the current NextGen Sports Network) Developed and launched The Indy Far East Magazine, a monthly publication committed to telling the positive stories happening in the far east side communities of Indianapolis
