Geoffrey Fenelus

I spent the past decade as a teacher, school leader, executive director, and consultant for schools, non-profits, and small businesses. I was responsible for leading stakeholders as we cared for children within the education ecosystem. But, at the end of the day what I was really doing was helping people with their people problems.

And now, as a member of the NFP Indiana Team, I find myself again helping people with their people problems. I just shifted industries from the context of education to the context of human capital solutions, benefits, insurance, and compensation. Both industries are complex, however, I have a deep passion for uncomplicating things for people and producing solutions that will make a transformative impact in schools, non-profits, and midsize professional firms.
